Gonzales is confirmed as Attorney General.
The Senate voted 60-36 to put the first Hispanic ever into the job, with all of the "no" votes coming from Democrats.

I think we're getting close to an obvious truth - the party is fractured. So many stray even on this? Pathetic.
Time to take a jackhammer to the cracks in the Republican pavement.
